How many guest rooms are included?
Combined, our properties can sleep up to 50 overnight guests in 18 guest suites across 3 newly-remodeled vintage estates in the heart of Astoria. Discounts are available when booking multiple properties for the same occasion (may be booked by separate individuals visiting for the same gathering).
ROSEBRIAR MANSION
7 guest suites, including Carriage House Honeymoon Suite & Garden Suite. Each has an en-suite full bathroom.
Sleeps 16 adults or up to 20 with kids (or adults willing to sleep on the top bunk!)
CITOVIC MANSION
6 guest suites with full bathrooms
Sleeps up to 20 overnight guests
VAN DUSEN HOUSE
Available for lodging only
5 guest rooms, 4.5 bathrooms
Sleeps up to 10 overnight guests

Event Package & Vacation Rental:
~ 3-nights included when booking 3+ months ahead
~ 2-nights may be available when booking less than 3 months ahead, inquire for details.
Carriage House or Garden Suite at Rosebriar Mansion:
~ 2-night minimum
How many people can your venues hold?
Outdoor Events: 50-75 guests, depending on the property
Intimate Indoor Events: Varies by property; ~35 guests per location
Larger Celebrations: We often provide boutique, upscale lodging for the bridal party or family members hosting a reception at larger local venues like the Liberty Theatre Astoria, The Ruins, Fort George Lovell Showroom, Lum Lodge, Loft at the Red Building and Astoria Elks Lodge.
